It's that time of the year again. When the clock strikes midnight all the bad things we done and last year's failed attempts get flushed away and we all start anew again...or so we hope. It's been statistically proven that most people who set goals around this time of the year fail.
Over the past few years of being a personal fitness trainer I've seen both good and bad trainers in action. This entry is based entirely on my perspective of the fitness industry as it stands and qualities found in good and bad trainers.
