So for this one I wanted to try a different approach and have it as more of a blurb so to speak. I I decided to ask my close friend and client Steven Hamagami about why he loves mud runs and maximal strength training and this is what he had to say.

 

Steven: One of the best feelings in the world is trying something you didn't think you were capable of and pulling it off. The Mudder gives you that feeling as you get through 18 kilometers of hell. Maximal strength training is great because you can set a goal, then watch yourself grow towards it. If you really need a confidence boost, strength train properly for a month and the results will show that you are worth the effort.

 

Now this one is a bit more specific but it's got a good reason for it. imove isn't about something specific it's about what people love doing and highlighting it and I've known Steven long enough that we both know what he likes doing.
