Hey everyone! My name is Kelson Wohlers and I'm as you can probably guess, the new guy!

I'm 25 years old and was born and raised in Edmonton. I developed a passion for health and fitness when I was a teenager that's carried on to my adult years. I've been on some sports teams such as soccer and wrestling and have a strong base for those activities. I also developed an interest in endurance activities like running the Tough Mudder, free running, and trail running, if you can't tell I greatly enjoy running!

I have experience training people for athletic events, training seniors, correcting injuries through corrective exercise, and working with people looking to improve their overall health. Although I am able to and willing to take on others.

As for how I met Andy and CJ I was mentored by them during my practicum for my final semester of school at NAIT and was at several facilities such as Touchmark seniors home, NAIT, and various other facilities where I worked with a variety of people. After graduating they offered me employment and I said yes leading to this introduction you are reading.

I'm excited to be here and hope to see you in the gym soon!
