Helped a lot
I previously had personel trainers a gym and found they helped somewhat, but after several of them leaving I never started up again. Early this year I started with Andy and have found a marked improvement in my range of motion, endurance and strength. Andy has always kept the program suited ot my needs and what I wanted to acheive. I would reccomend Tight Assest to all who are looking to acheive a higher level of fitness and health.
I was referred to Andy because I was trying to lose weight and my workouts at the gym were struggling due to me feeling achy and sore. Although I was exercising regularly, I felt like I needed some guidance to ensure proper technique and to learn some new workout routines.

"Pushed when needed"
I was referred to Andy and Tight Assets when I came to Edmonton for work. I was specifically looking for a trainer with the qualifications to help me workout while taking care of a lower back injury. I was immediately impressed when Andy took the time to phone me in order to touch base about my injury, and also offered to speak directly with my physiotherapist.
I enjoyed every minute of my work outs with Andy - and I am someone that really, really dislikes working out! He is positive, friendly, made me feel immediately comfortable and was extremely encouraging. He pushed me when I needed it, and gave me breaks when I needed those. What I enjoyed most about working with Andy is his clear knowledge and expertise when it comes to fitness and conditioning. Not only do I feel I have gained the confidence to now start working out on my own, but I know that Andy has also educated me about physiology and bio-mechanics. I loved hearing about the science behind the exercises!
I will most certainly book time with Andy the next time I am in Edmonton on a contract!
