In 5 1/2 months I lost 18.5 inches, 42lbs, have nearly doubled my output with my speed of movement, and something exciting to me (because stairs and running are the bane of my fitness existence), is that I've shaved a full minute off of my original stair sprint time!

I've been seeing muscle definition forming in certain areas and I feel stronger than I have ever felt in my entire life. My energy level is higher and more consistent, I feel less sore/achy on a day-to-day basis, and I just simply FEEL better.

As my strength continues to grow, so does my confidence.
