As we, I, age a person feels the injuries of youth and the aching of time on their bodies. I was having issues with back and hip pain and had the onset of arthritis. I was going to the gym and taking yoga type classes and was not able to keep ahead of the aches. Since I have committed to achieving the goal of less pain free living I started to work out and try different types of exercise and mobility movements.
This past summer I was jogging and currently am lifting some heavy weights. Most of the aches are reduced and I have been able to eliminate the hip pains through the exercises I have been performing. I feel more confident in a lot of ways. My friendships have been strengthened as well. I am more active and have been able to compete better with my friends whether on a golf course or a on a bike.
