In 2016 I took a look at myself in the mirror and decided I wanted to make a change. The first couple months were hard because I would relapse on my eating habits and just not go to the gym. Thankfully I met a lot of amazing people that motivated me to keep going!
It's been over a year and I've now lost 70lbs! I'm hoping to lose another 10-20lbs in the following year and keep growing as a person!
