My name is Kelson Wohlers. I am a certified personal fitness trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. I've always had a passion for health and fitness and have hobbies ranging such as trail running, wrestling and obstacle courses.

When you think of people you look up to what comes to mind? Your parents? The emergency services person who helped you out of a mess? A literary character? No matter who it is and what age you remember them at everyone was always able to move quite well.
Have you ever ridden a bike? I'm sure 99% of anyone reading this has ridden a bike, which brings up a question I have for the reader. What drew you to riding a bike? Was it your parents forcing you as a child to sit upon a bike with the training wheels and ride with them wherever they pleased?
